Service Technicians:
Service Technicians should have experience in residential and light commercial air conditioning, heating and Indoor Air Quality. We will train technicians with on the job experience or trade school. Must be Drug Free, have good driving record, with no criminal record. Requires good communication skills.
Customer Service:
Must have good phone communications skills. Must have basic computer skills including word processing. Successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining customer records and sales support.
Outside Sales:
Experience in retail sales required (does not have to be in HVAC). Good people skills and ability to interact with people. Must have computer experience. Must be willing to work nights and weekends. Sales training available.
Installers and sheet metal fabricators:
Computerized sheet metal shop fabricating metal for residential and commercial installations.
Service Manager:
Must have two years tech school training and a minimum of five years experience servicing residential and light commercial HVAC equipment. Must have experience with two speed condensers, zoning equipment and variable speed airhandlers. Must be computer literate and capable of performing inhouse training. Excellent communication skills required.
Residential Designer:
Job requires good math and computer skills. Must have training in CAD. Will do take off from blue prints and input into computer program to arrive at heat/cooling load of home. Will then be required to lay out new system on blueprint and do material take off for installation crew. Will train person that has CAD/Computer skills and good math skills.
