Our company is committed to the technical excellence of the service we provide you and therefore, require our technicians to attend regular training sessions and testing on their training. Our technicians are backed up by supervisors who have direct contact with the technician through Nextel radios.

Also, additional backup is available in the office to support the field technician on your job. Should a question arise about prior work performed for you, our dispatchers have immediate access to your history on our computer system. If a special part that is not on our stocked trucks is needed, we have a large inventory of parts in our warehouse’s that can be dispatched to your job.

Heating and cooling equipment is being upgraded on a continuous basis and it is important that you serving technician is adequately trained to keep your equipment operating at maximum efficiency and performing as designed.

History

In 1971, Don Davis started Davis Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, Inc., a company specializing in residential air conditioning and commercial refrigeration. The company soon became the largest HVAC company in Brazoria County and has expanded into Harris, Fort Bend, and Galveston counties. The company has completed large commercial projects in Dallas, Austin, and various other areas throughout the state of Texas, as well. Due to overwhelming success in the HVAC field, it was decided that the company would no longer seek ventures involving commercial refrigeration. In order to clearly emphasize this change to the public, the company name was changed to Davis Air Conditioning and Heating, Inc.

Working hard to become one of the top companies in the HVAC field, we have focused on customer service and quality craftsmanship. Our reputation is second to none. We have become one of the leaders in most phases of the HVAC business and are capable of custom designing, installing, and servicing most types of residential or commercial systems. We service all brands and are an authorized dealer for Carrier, Trane, Lennox, York and Honeywell.
